SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP

Spiritual leadership is the God given ability and responsibility to influence God’s people towards God’s purpose in their lives.
THE PURPOSE OF GOD
- The collective purpose for certain time.
Knowing the purpose of God in each area gives the responsibility for every leader to pray more for the God given purpose.
QUALITIES OF THE SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP
- Is the one with the power of influence.
This influence refers to the influence of your life in relation to the words to speak. Influence can simple be defined as sum of all good morals that one personally builds for the aim of attracting his/her people in execution of their good ventures or plans. A good leader is the one with the power of influence via his words & acts. God amplifies leaders’ behaviors towards the people he/she is leading (children reflects the morals of their parents).
Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ.
1 Corinthians 11:1
Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.
Hebrews 13:7
- The one who understands and accepts on common vision of the church.
It’s important to have leaders who understand and accept the common vision of the church and after that he/she needs to able to sell the vision and supervise the execution.

When executing the vision, leaders must be a live example
- Being committed and responsible.
Being committed & responsible simply means “if not you then no one else will”. This is the results of self-discipline which makes a leader to abstain from some things. A committed, responsible, and disciplined person creates trust.
